MOT – Market Rasen

An MOT is a legal requirement, but it’s also a valuable safety check – and where you have it done matters. At Parkview, we’ve been carrying out MOT tests in Market Rasen for over 35 years, and it’s one of the services we’re best known for.

We’re authorised to test Class 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 vehicles, covering motorcycles, cars, minibuses, and larger vans and commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. With two dedicated MOT bays, we can usually offer prompt appointments without the wait you might face at a busier testing centre.

If you’d like peace of mind before your test, we’re happy to carry out a pre-MOT inspection – identifying anything likely to cause a failure so it can be addressed beforehand. It’s a straightforward way to give your vehicle the best chance of passing first time. And should your vehicle fail, our workshop is fully equipped to carry out the necessary remedial work on site. There’s no need to arrange a second garage or make multiple trips – we can assess, advise, and repair under one roof.

Booking is simple, and we offer a collection and delivery service within the Market Rasen area if dropping your vehicle off isn’t convenient. Our waiting area is comfortable, with complimentary refreshments and WiFi, and we’re just a short walk from the town centre if you’d rather head out while we work.
